⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think the fact that we have eaten at Hong FOUR days in a row and are planning to go back again today, probably says everything you need to know. 😂 It has very quickly become my favorite. I genuinely love the food and the experience. Everything has been fresh, there are so many options, and somehow even after several days in a row I’m still excited to go back. At this point, I think we may have a Hong problem. 😂 I also really want to recognize Dalton. He has been the server who has stood out the most during our visits. I had several questions about allergens, and he was incredibly kind and patient while helping me figure out what I could have. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions, and that meant a lot to me. My only real wish is that the pricing were a little more flexible for younger kids. I’m a single mom and my son is 7, and while he LOVES coming here with me, he simply doesn’t eat very much. We are also extremely conscious about food waste and we don’t pile up plates or leave food behind. I actually find myself eating more slowly just to make sure he’s finished before I get full, because if he doesn’t finish something, I want

First time here and I wasn’t expecting the interior vibes — it feels like you’re somewhere in Asia & the tables are huge! Much bigger than any other hot pot restaurant I’ve ever visited. The food is SOOOOO GOOD! Especially the Spicy Bulgogi! I even order their Taro Boba Shake and it was amazing!! 🤩 I’d highly recommend this location 🙌🏼

I love this place! Ive only been twice but im planning my 3rd trip! Theres so many options for vegetarians (and also a lot of meats). P.S: you wouldn't expect it, but order some corn its really good! My favorite is the kimchi broth but it does have a bite to it, but it kinda burns out when it boils. They also have a little bar with kids foods like fries and nuggets for little ones.

I’ve been coming to Hong Hotpot since their grand opening and usually have a good experience, but tonight (04/10/26) was honestly pretty disappointing. I came in for a solo dinner and was welcomed nicely at first, but after that, it went downhill. My server was basically nowhere to be found for about 15–20 minutes when I needed to order more food. What made it worse was seeing her taking care of other tables around me but not checking on mine. At one point, my hotpot was still boiling but I had no food left to cook… just sitting there waiting. Another situation that really threw me off that I stepped away quickly to grab more sauce, and when I came back, my table had been cleared (all of my hotpot, spoon,...) even though I wasn’t finished yet. I will say the manager handled things well. She took care of my order since my server has been gone somewhere else. She apologized and helped reset everything for me, which I really appreciated. Just wanted to share this because I’ve supported this place since day one, so it was a bit sad to have this kind of experience. Hopefully service can be more attentive, especially for solo diners next time. Thank you.

Ate here with an old friend of mine on my last day visiting Fla (my home state) for a week, back in December. This was only my 2nd Hot Pot experience and it was far better than my first one in Charlotte, NC. I highly recommend it.
